What funds the journey?

Business adoption, creator monetization and credits contribute to total revenue. The stream mix and this round’s spending milestones belong in our conversation; they are not yet quantified in this model.

Value vs. getting paid

The graph shows modeled stake value. An acquisition or permitted secondary sale could create liquidity; neither its availability nor timing is assumed.

Model limitationsFirst milestone and funding assumptions are hypothetical. No value is plotted before SAFE conversion. Reaching a paper value does not create liquidity; an exit or permitted secondary sale would be needed. Loss of the entire investment is possible.

Venture references & assumptions

Seed financing reference: Carta reports a $23.9M median post-money seed valuation in Q2 2026. This is not a revenue multiple and does not set Zeality’s SAFE cap. Carta, October 2026.

Private venture valuation context: Bessemer’s 2025 Cloud 100 averaged 20× ARR; its AI cohort averaged 24×. These selected private winners are later-stage context, not seed comparables. Our 15× input is an illustrative execution-case assumption, not a measured Zeality peer median. Bessemer, September 2025.

Growth context: Bessemer’s State of AI studies 20 exceptional startups. Its ten “Supernova” companies averaged approximately $40M ARR in their first commercialization year and $125M in their second. Selection bias makes this unsuitable as a seed average. Our 200% / 100% / 50% growth stages are adjustable execution targets, not quoted cohort statistics. Bessemer, 2025.

Why no company-name comp list? We have not verified matched seed-round valuations, same-period revenue and growth for direct AI / media / consumer peers. Public HubSpot, Braze and Klaviyo defaults have been removed. Category labels do not create an automatic multiple premium. ARR benchmarks apply most directly to recurring revenue; campaign and other revenue may warrant different pricing.

Model: $30M pre-money cap or 20% discount. Simplified conversion uses the lower of the cap or 80% of first-round pre-money equity value. Other SAFEs have identical terms. Priced-round pre-money includes converting SAFEs. New funding and additional dilution reduce ownership. Growth changes at $3M and $10M revenue, compounded in small time steps. The growth adjustment scales each stage proportionally; it is not a statistical deviation. The 15× input is an assumed equity-value / revenue multiple; net debt is subtracted as an additional scenario adjustment. No cash balance is added. Actual ownership depends on the signed SAFE and capitalization at conversion. Goal inputs have no preset upper limit. The numerical search stops at 100 years and reports when no crossing is found; long-horizon extrapolations are not forecasts. Total recognized company revenue aggregates businesses, creators, credits and other streams; credit purchases or transaction volume are not automatically recognized revenue. Stream-level economics are not modeled separately. The blended valuation multiple is an assumption, not a claim that all revenue streams merit the same multiple. Stress-test dilution is applied to ownership from conversion onward as an additional sensitivity. The dashed goal path solves for growth needed under the selected valuation and dilution assumptions; it is not the stressed forecast. No taxes, preferences, fees or probability model. Marks between rounds are illustrative, not transaction prices.
